Dear Colleague
It is with regret that after very careful consideration, we have had to cancel the upcoming
Seeing is Believing exhibition (SIB), due to be held in Bruntingthorpe Proving Ground on 24 - 25 June 2020.
Seeing is Believing started as an event held in the autumn period to promote innovations in reflective materials and visibility from dusk to dawn has developed considerably over the years. By our last event in 2018, the event moved to early summer, had a full conference programme, indoor exhibition, outside live demonstrations, static product placements, and crash demos.
After receiving feedback from the last event in 2018, the team decided to focus on the outdoor live demonstrations and brought everything closer together to increase interaction between exhibitors and visitors. Sadly, after a tremendous amount of hard work and passion from the entire team, stand sales have been extremely slow. Now, with the added pressure on events in general with the COVID-19 situation, it has become near impossible to confirm a sufficient number of exhibitors to deliver a worthwhile event.
Once things have settled down with the current COVID-19 and we have thoroughly evaluated our offering for SiB, we will reintroduce this event again in the future.
I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your commitment and support for SIB over the years, and we look forward to welcoming you back at the next SIB event. In the meantime, should you have any immediate questions please do not hesitate to
contact a member of the event team.
Yours Sincerely
Craig Donovan
Transport Portfolio Divisional Director
