Indoor Exhibition Hall
Shell Scheme
Each indoor plot is 3m x 3m (9sqm) and is sold as a shell scheme package comprising of:
- a white shell scheme
- grey carpet
- white fascia broad
- one 13 amp plug
- one fluorescent light bulb
- one table and two chairs
COST: £3,750 per plot.
Space only
Space only sites are also available but with a minimum booking of TWO 9 sqm plots. Space only does NOT include any of the above apart from the carpet.
COST: £2,950 per plot.
Static Demonstration Areas
There are 8 plot areas available directly outside the exhibition hall. Each area is approximately 140sqm. These must be bought in tandem with an internal exhibition stand/space.
COST: £1,000 per area
External Track Areas
Each track area is approximately 40 metres in length. The width of the track varies throughout the track and so please discuss the most suitable size plot area with a member of the sales team.
The track areas will only be sold in tandem with an indoor exhibition stand/space. You will have to buy the same number of track plots as exhibition stands/space, i.e. if you require 4 outdoor track plots, you will have to buy 4 indoor exhibition stands/space.
COST: £500 per track plot

Please mark clearly whether you require a shell scheme or space only and how many you require.
Your reservation will be confirmed by our administration team, when contracts will be issued. Bookings will be held and secured with a 10% deposit payable on return of the signed contract.
