2010 Event Review
A snapshot of the visitors survey showed that -
Over 90% of visitors said that they achieved their primary objective for attending the event, which were principally:
- Seeing specific product demonstrations
- Finding out about new products and services
- Comparing similar products in their real environments
84% of visitors thought that the on-track demonstrations were the main reason to attend the event as no other exhibition can offer such an experience in an outdoor, working environment in a range of vehicles.
89% of visitors commented on the high quality of exhibitors and the real diversity of products and services on display.
94% of visitors were happy with MIRA as a venue. With its historic links to the road and motoring industries people were intrigued to be allowed “behind closed doors” and also with it being as testing facility for many of the exhibitors it is well known and easily accessible.
What the visitors said:
“There was a good combination of exhibition and trackside demonstrations”
Fay Lea of BAM Nuttall
“Very good event to see actual demonstrations of products”
Andrew England of West Berkshire County Council
